El primer día que lo use wow se sintió una energía y un enfoque brutal, cuando lo tomas se siente como un picor en todo el cuerpo eso es normal por la acción de los componentes del Roar y más aún si nunca has tomado preworkout con cafeína y beta alanina como en este caso Yo. Ya después de varios días su efecto fue disminuyendo por lo que el cuerpo se va acostumbrando a tanta cafeína, en cuanto al sabor de ponche de frutas es dulce y ácido a lo último…

This is by far one of the best pre-workouts I've had. I take 2 scoops, and in about 15 mins I'm ready for the most grueling workout. The energy is good, consistent, no jitters, and no crash! I've tried many pre-workouts with some complaint always but with this one it is complete... The flavor is good too!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a good pw. Probably need a scoop and half. Rule 1 is a solid brand though and I'll continue to use them.

It tastes a lot like a fruit punch Kool-Aid however I am unsatisfied with the fact that it advertises it being 5 mg of creatine per serving, but it is only 1 mg of creatine per serving and it also advertises as it’s a 30 servings tub, but you clearly need two scoops, which makes it only 15 servings. But it taste good.

Tastes great. I got the lemon-lime and it tastes like one of those sour lemonade ice cones you get at the state fair. I’m not a fan of flavored products, but I could drink his with no issues. I do with a little more product came in here. The jar itself is not that big and it’s not all the way full, so it didn’t last me as long as I thought it would. That being said, it definitely gave me the energy that it advertises and I felt stronger for my workouts. I like the fact that the ingredients seem clean and don’t leave me with a yucky feeling afterwards. I’ve lost about 5 lb since working out with this. Very effective if you’re trying to go for weight loss or even just building muscle.
