Surprisingly good quality and is lightly scented!
These jaw exercisers come in a set of three and offer three levels for gradual progression. I got them because of the his and her colors so I can give one set to my husband to use. I've seen these all over social media and enjoy watching jaw exercise experts on Youtube using these to shape and define their jaw. This makes so much sense because when I was pregnant with my son, I read a fascinating book about nourishing traditions. And something that I read stuck with me is that around the world, cultures with a heartier diet requiring them to "chew" their food more, whether due to texture, or more fibrous foods, found their people to have more define and structured jawlines — which in many cultures can be viewed as a sign of beauty. I always remembered reading this but forget to practice "chewing". They say you can start with chewing gum, but I hate gum and think it's a disgusting habit to chew it. So these jaw exercisers are great because they're reusable, and have no sugar of additives like gum. They also are indented so they fit comfortably between your molars. This set comes in a handy storage case. Be sure to disinfect them before using. They are like dense yet soft like an eraser block, and they are lightly scented which is cool. I'll have to update my review when I start using these and hopefully will see the results!

Jawzercise
I've seen ads for this and thought I would try. Just like other reviewers mentioned - it doesn't come with instructions, I had to go back to the Amazon page to read on how to use this product. I placed them in boiling water for 1 minute before first use. I placed 1 piece (level 1) on my back molar and followed the instruction to bite and hold for a minute and then chew for 1 minute. The product seems very sturdy, it didn't leave bite marks on it.

How long do I use it?
I would post side by side pics or when I started using them and now but theres no difference. I don't think I'm using them right. You should probably also change your diet when starting to use these as I don't think my "I need something sweet" missions after doing some reps on these are working.

Nothing for me.
I thought this might help with my tinnitus. There are no directions included. And they aren't marked as to the strength. They are not the easiest to use. You have to soften them up first by putting them in warm water every time you want to use them. I just didn't find much use for them.

I misread the instructions, giving them another try
I was as heavy as 350 pounds at one point a few years ago (pre-lockdown), and my face still shows it, despite having lost half that weight now. I've also always eaten hard candy when it's around (one of the reasons I weighed 350), but I've noticed it's harder for me to bite into hard candy now. I got these blocks to help strengthen my jaw muscles and also hopefully tone my face somewhat from that overweight round face that I've been wearing for nearly 30 years. I initially understood the instructions to say that the blocks had to go into warm water before EVERY use, which was inconvenient, but also was my own misreading and error, so after re-reading the instructions, I'm giving them another shot. Now that I don't think I need to sit them in hot water every time I use them, I should be able to pop them in and use them for short periods with less fuss, clean them in between uses, and if I stick with it, hopefully see some improvement.

Great combo set
It works just as describe in the box, the instruction are very easy to follow, and so far they last a lot before any damage is noticeable

DO NOT STAY IN PLACE !!!!
These do NOT stay in place when you put them on your back teeth, when you bite down they MOVE then just end up in your mouth. Not real happy with them as I can't use them, still trying to decide if I should return or throw out.

Love the size
I was interested in the different shapes of the Jawline exerciser (use the front tooth), but after reading this company's approach, I decided to try it. I like it because it has three different strengths and is small. The exercisers are in a plastic case and easy to carry if you travel. Since the box is small, there is no instruction in it. You need to go back to read the instructions on their Amazon page. I started using the weakest one for the first two weeks, then now the middle one. I'm not sure it works for my jawline, but my under-eye bags seem to reduce. The funny thing is, I didn't see my teeth mark on the weakest one, but the middle one! It eventually reduces like a self-leveling. I love esthetics, so I still highly recommend it!
