ORIJEN Guardian Senior Grain Free High Protein Premium Dry Cat Food 10lb Bag

I'm not claiming this the world's best cat food, but I am saying our pickiest eater was going after the unopened sack when he smelled it and ate it like he's not been fed in months If he's that sold at his age (13 years) this is going to be our standard dry cat food. Hoping the rest of the pride feels the same. The cost is worth it when we are throwing so much food we buy for them out. I must say when I checked the nutritional info on the bag I was favorable impressed. Free range chicken, wild caught fish - sounds healthy to me. And yes, all of the other 5 agree.

I have a 15yr kitty named Fiona. She was having a few issues so I decided to upgrade her cat food to help keep her spry. This is a great product. She eats it well and it's a very good quality. I have to constantly keep my dog from enjoying it as well. I also purchased Orijen's dog food for him. He prefers the cat food....go figure :P

Lately my 2 1/2 year old tabby cat hasn't been too interested in her usual kibbles from Hill's Diet food for sensitive stomach and hair so I thought to try this brand out as it has great reviews. She immediately was interested in the food when I served her a dish. It's been about a week and this food seems to be a hit for our household! My older cat who is 7 1/2 also loves this kibble and seems to be more active and playful as well. The kibbles are small sized so easier to swallow and chew; the kibbles do have a strong smell but I haven't noticed any stronger odor from their litter boxes which is a plus. This kibble is pricy but definitely worth it as it's been helping both my cats to be interested in their food and it's been helping with their energy levels. I also like that the bag has its own seal to ensure the kibbles stay fresh.

Picky cats dug right in. Excellent nutritional values and ingredients I want for my senior cats and for them to avoid developing diabetes. Both cats have limited number of teeth due to one being abused and the other being feral for most of her life before they were adopted and they don’t have any problems chewing the kibble pieces.

I have two 2-year old cats that have been on Orijen Guardian 8 since they transitioned from kitten food. I've purchased from Amazon multiple times in both size bags. Each time, the bag is in tact (not ripped, squished, damaged etc), the product is genuine and of expected quality, and we have never received an order late. The cost here is less expensive than in our local pet stores and on other websites, without there being any difference in the item. The only issue I have is that once you use the tear strip to open the bag, it does not re-seal. I have to fold over the top a few times, and slap a piece of tape to keep the bag closed. All of the bags are like this, no matter where you purchase it from. Unfortunately, its an oversight from the company and nothing to do with the seller. I am glad to have found Orijen on Amazon, and plan to continue ordering monthly.

I love the ingredients, and Ms. Cha Cha Da- Kit-Tae, enjoys the taste!

I have 3 cats, 2 males and 1 female. The boys love this food and tolerate it well. Their coats are soft and shiny, and good body composition. I stopped feeding Orijen dry food to my female cat because it made her vomit. Every time she ate this stuff she would barf. It didn't matter the amount she ate or if we mixed it with water or wet food. She barfed every time. So, between the relatively high price and the barfing, we decided to switch to another brand. I still think it's a good quality dry food for some cats, though.

This is one of the best cat foods my pet nutritionist informed of. 90% of the food is whole meat (chicken, duck, fish, beef, rabbit). My kitties love the food.
