If you are new to Air Fryers, this book is a great introduction to using one. Informative and explains air fryer cooking of different types of food. Also has some very good recipes to practise on. Good quality pictures, explanations and a nice layoiut.

Excellent. Especially for 1st time users of air fryers and recipes for anyone. Very easy to follow instructions. I am new to air fryers and a lot of recipes say cook for ........ so was getting stuck which setting to use (bake, fry, etc). once I get used to it I will be ok and just use the book for recipes.
