It’s ok. Velvet is a bit odd for outside but does the job. Bit expensive for what it is.

Good value and helps

I was using a neck rolled pillow and tried other hanging neck pillows and the all left marks or fell behind my dad's back. This one is smooth and comfortable and stays in position. I used it a few times myself to test when I helped my dad to bed. Would recommended this one.

Design is exactly as described, comfortable cushion that doesn't slip for my recliner.
