I lubed these balls with a light spray of Nuprol silicone marker lubricant and threw 6 of them in my Umarex HDP 50. They cycled perfectly and hit my target plates with a satisfying "ting". I then reloaded the marker and went to pick up the 30 or so balls I had shot. That's when my brother uttered the words that caused a major familial incident. "Do they hurt" he asked. With that "butter wouldn't melt" tone in his voice. Before shooting me in the behind, from around 20 feet away. They do indeed hurt.. A less than brotherly altercation then occurred, along with much swearing, until a valuable lesson was learnt. THERE IS ZERO GIVE WITH THESE BALLS. IT FEELS LIKE GETTING HIT WITH A HAMMER. The area of impact is severely bruised and will, I suspect, hurt for days. And thats just from a standard Umarex HDP 50 (7.5 joule version), using a 12g co2. In short, these are great target rounds, but a complete pain in the *rse, to get shot with.

Good quality ammo. Says 50 as the quantity but only 49 in each tub. Someone clearly can't count to 50. I ain't gonna return them over 2 balls. However it does take the piss.

great ammo but only for certain types of gun, under-barrel magazine loaders, they are to heavy to cycle
