This has to be my fourth humidifier I’ve bought for my plants. This humidifier is so very easy to clean all parts. One can adjust the amount of time you want it to run. It has a night light that’s not too bright. I find it easy to sleep with the night light on. It fills from the top making it easier to lift and refill. It’s of great quality. There is no odor with this humidifier. Although they show a remote control with it… mine didn’t come with one. It’s easy to connect with my Alexa and wif. I’m glad I finally found a humidifier that works perfectly for my plants. There’s a knob on the top you can adjust , it has a timer, and adjuster for the amount of humidity you require. Great product for the price.

I had enjoyed my Dreo Humidifier for over a year as it was extremely quiet and non intrusive and allowed me to address my home's humidity (or lack thereof) with ease and flawless performance. However, one month ago, it began displaying an error code that Carol, in customer service, informed me suggested wiring or circuit issues. She gave me simple instructions on how to address it which amounted to little more than emptying the water and allowing it to dry for 48 hours. Surprisingly, this simple step did reduce the problem to the extent the error code was now only intermittent. I informed Carol that it was working much better and would keep her apprised of it's performance going forward. Carol, however, was not satisfied with that outcome and promptly informed me "I had been hassled enough and that she had arranged for a new, replacement humidifier to be delivered, all at no charge to me." So after using their product for 16 months, they still stood behind it 100% which, in my experience, is a level of customer service rarely encountered any more. I am absolutely shocked that any company would go to that length to ensure customer satisfaction. Of course, I am 100% pleased with Carol's quick and courteous response and wish to thank her for going that extra mile on my behalf. Thank you Carol. You're customer service was amazing as is your company. Quite simply everyone, this is the humidifier you've been looking for.

OK THE BEST HUMIDIFIER I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. AND I AM OLD! The Dreo Humidifier comes apart super easily for cleaning. The app that comes with it tells you when you should clean it. Tells you when to replace the single filter which lasts forever. I have had it for many months now and still haven't replaced the filter. The app lets you set a schedule when it goes on and off; lets you turn it on and off manually if you want, lets you set the humidity that you want, both the device and the app tells you what the current humidity in the room is, runs until it reaches the humidity you set in the app and slows down or shuts off when it reaches the humidity you set. The device shows you the humidity in large lit up numbers. The really big deal though is how everything in it comes apart so easily when you clean it. No little pieces. The water bucket is huge and has a nice folding handle to pick it up with. It does a large room. I just set it in my app on my phone with the set up schedule and forget about it until the app notifies me on my phone that the unit stopped working because it is out of water. I bought two of them I like them so much. One for my bedroom and one for my office. I have it scheduled to go on in my office at 8 am and off at 8 pm, go on in my bedroom at 8 pm and off and 8 am. I love this thing..... I can't think of anything else, oh, I know..... In case you didnt realize it, I like this humidifier. It is well worth the money. Because it is so easy to clean, and it tells me when to clean it, it will probably last forever, unlike its dozen or so predecessors

I had high hopes for the Dreo Smart 5L Humidifier, given its promising features and positive reviews. However, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory. From the moment I started using it, an unpleasant and persistent weird smell permeated the air in my bedroom. Despite thoroughly following the instructions and cleaning the humidifier regularly, the odor persisted, making the entire room uncomfortable. The supposed benefits of the oil diffuser and nightlight were overshadowed by this overpowering smell. Moreover, the top-filled design, which initially seemed convenient, turned out to be a hassle. It was challenging to clean thoroughly, and I noticed mold developing despite my best efforts. The 50-hour runtime was also not as impressive as advertised, and I found myself having to refill the humidifier more frequently than expected. While the compatibility with Alexa and Google was a nice touch, it hardly compensates for the fundamental issue of the strange smell. I reached out to customer support for assistance, but the response was slow, and the proposed solutions did not resolve the problem. In conclusion, the Dreo Smart 5L Humidifier has been a disappointing purchase. The persistent weird smell, coupled with maintenance challenges, makes it difficult for me to recommend this product to others. I regret this purchase and am now exploring alternative options for a more reliable and odor-free humidifier.

Overall I like this humidifier a lot and it would be perfect if I could only reach higher levels of humidity. I fear I may need a larger one even though my bedroom is rather small. I struggle to reach 45% and 47% is the highest I've reached running full tilt with the door closed. I am often in the 30's with a set-point of 50%. On the plus side it is small, attractive, has an easy to read display, and a fair app (I have Dreo fans that I love so it's very nice to have them all under the one app). Unlike my previous Honeywell Designer humidifier this one fills easily from the top and best of all is whisper quiet. Because of the way the Honeywell draws water it had a periodic weird GULP sound to refill the atomization chamber and that disturbed my sleep. This Dreo makes a sort of soothing gurgling stream kind of sound that I have to stick my ear next to the device to hear — at night I cannot hear it at all. Even at the highest output of '3' the mister is a soothing and quiet white noise. We do not use the included demineralizing filter because we feed it water from our countertop RO filter. There is a Sleep mode that turns off all lights and sets the device to low mist for sound purposes but we can't use it or we wake up at 30% humidity which I don't like. Instead I turned off the displays with the app and poke a button if I want a reading. I wish the humidifier display worked like the fan display which turns itself off as soon as the room goes dark. That way I could leave the display on during the day without having to manually turn it off at night or rely on a routine to put it into sleep mode (which we can't use). Overall I think it's actually a high quality unit that I may have sized inappropriately for my needs. That's on me and not a device fault.

This humidifier is great, Dreo delivers once again. I initially was turned onto the quality of Dreo products from purchasing their smart fan, which I absolutely love. I wanted a new humidifier with smart functionality for the bedroom during the winter. I've always liked using humidifiers in the winter to mitigate the dry air, especially when sleeping. The smart functionality is great, I have it connected with my Alexa to turn on at bedtime. The display light turns off and automatically sets to the 'comfort setting' i have set. The app is great, gives you historical reports of humidity readings, cleaning reminders, and will send a notification when the tank is empty and needs refilled. I have the tank running all night for around 8-9 hours and only have to refill every few days. I love how customizable the device is using the app, from setting schedules to adjusting comfort humidity levels.

Love how sleek this humidifier looks and reason why I had purchased it to begin with. Setup was easy and it’s pretty simple to maintain as well as refill the tank. The app tells you when to change the filter which I think is a game changer because life happens and who remembers to change filters?! The fact that I can sync it with my Amazon Echo Show is superb!
