Highly recommend. Big: This is a massive chair. Battleship massive. (FWIW I am a big 6' 6".) The seat _feels_ wide and supportive. The back _feels_ comfy and supportive. You can read the measurements for yourself, but I can tell you that the experience of this chair is great. The rear-mounted movable arms provide extra hip room -- probably the most I've found in 3 decades of office chairs. Not so Tall: Surprisingly, at max extension, this chair is not all that high off the floor. It's tall enough for a standard desk, but no higher. The back is plenty tall to support my ostrich neck, though. Assembly: Assembly is easy if you read the friendly manual. It takes about half an hour if you go slow. The supplied T-handle Allen wrench is all you need. Two tips: (1) Tighten the bolts as you would lug nuts on a spare tire. That is, thread each one, tighten it maybe halfway, then move on to the next. Only when all are threaded and partway down should you finish tightening any of them. (2) Leave the armrests only half screwed in until you have completed step 6 where you tilt the chair back into the upright position and thread the last 2 bolts. You're going to need that play in the arms to permit the back to tilt the last 5 degrees and get those last 2 bolts to align. After you have those last 2 bolts well started, then you can finish tightening all the armrest bolts. Review: overpriced - It's over priced for what they are asking. Wobbles out of the box forwards and backwards. You can feel how easy it is to flatten out any cushioning in the seats or armrests. Disappointed as I feel like it is going to fail me at any moment and I really worry about crushing one of my pets. That is why I go with the sturdier built chairs as I feel they will hold up longer and will be safer overall. I have had other ones break and I roll out of them and the only reason I am replacing my last one is because the pleather wore off and I wore a hole in the seat. I had it for probably 6 years. Never popped or wobbled like this chair. Update: This chair not only has had an issue with something pointy poking me in the arm since I bought it(something I believe that holds the cushions in place...but isn't working and hits my elbow every once in a while) it also has started tearing on the seat right at one of the seams. I will never buy another chair from this manufacturer. I tried to do the warranty originally when I bought it and it never took me to a site that I could actually register it. I gave up on registering it and now here I am less than a year later and the chair is falling apart. Waste of money.

Very comfortable chair, and arm rests are the perfect height.
This chair was delivered very quickly and arrived in great condition. It is very easy to assemble and came with the only required tool to assemble the whole chair, including spare parts. It's very soft and comfortable to lean back in. It has a lumbar support dial and a rocking feature. I expect this chair to last a long time for me.

Uncomfortable and unstable.
This chair wasn't any harder to put together than any other chair I have purchased over the years. Unfortunately, it did not sit correctly, leaning to the left. The lift was not high enough for my legs to sit comfortably in the 45-degree angle as I usually sit. Due to these two problems, I was having back pain, which is something I don't usually have! I am not terribly tall, only 5'10" so I am not sure why this was such a problem. It is not made for tall individuals. I could not send it back as I threw away the original packaging. Three hundred dollars out the window.

Comfortable but failed less than a year.
Piston already started failing before even one year. Chair slowly sinks throughout day. I weigh less than 400lbs but more than 330lb. ;) Otherwise very comfortable and adjustable.

Just as good as a La-Z-Boy
I was in the market for a new chair because my last one of 8 years finally started to get too rundown for my comfort. I found this one while searching through Amazon and while I was wary at first because I didn’t know the brand, I took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chair. I’m a bigger person so comfort is key and this chair does not disappoint. The assembly instructions could have been better, but that’s a common issue with anything these days that need to be assembled. Very happy with the chair, worth the purchase.

Very comfortable with plenty of room!!
This chair is fantastic. Plenty of room. The armrest move making it easy to get in and out if needed. Lumbar plus all the different adjustments you can do makes this the most comfortable desk/office chair that I have ever owned.
