It’s the ease of use that I like. I’m not sure how much hair it trims as my facial hair is not thick. It does not caused any pain but can get a little hotter after awhile. I guess I have to use it at any area over and over again for better result. Just beware of fakes sold in the market. The quality differs greatly between this and the knock offs. It comes with a battery. The box has a compartment for the eyebrow device. Just wonder why they didn’t sell in pairs.
