Great "Uber Quiet Seam Tape
Excellent way to bridge similar soundproofing materials.

Works perfectly on MLV
We recently installed MLV on walls and the drawings called for tapped joints. The guys tried gorilla tape which sticks to almost everything including MLV. We bought this tape and it did the job perfectly

It does not stick very well to MLV. It feels like it is just a cheap electrical tape.

Trash
...this product is garbage. Does not stick to anything. A 3M post it note has better adhesion than this stuff. Ended up throwing the whole box in the trash.
