Bought these for my wife. She uses them in her trainers. 👟 they are very spongy and comfortable in her trainers. Take out the original insole before putting in this.

Very comfortable insoles, not too thick or too thin. Provides support to the foot so it doesn’t slip. Very good quality, recommended.

These insoles firstly come well packaged in a box. The feel out of the packet feels good quality. When wearing them in my shoes, it definitely provides extra comfort and is nice and soft. Softening the sudden impact blow to the feet. I bought the Large as I'm a size 11. They fit well into the shoe and don't need to cut down. If you really tried to feel you can just about feel the end of the insole in the shoe. Like I said you have to really try and stretch your toes to feel it. As to a cure for the plantar fascilitis I feel it's going to help. Although only had them for a week I think a true diagnosis can be given after a few weeks of use.

My poor sister has really struggled over the last few years with hips, knees and now feet and has had numerous ops to try and correct her stance. She's always been told that she needs replacements, but was too young, however, she now has no knee cap and has to wear a metal support brace, so they've put her on an immediate list. In the meanwhile, her feet are now taking the brunt and although she had orthotic insoles made for her, they are now wearing thin. I saw these and thought they might give her a small amount of comfort and apparently they are really comfortable! There is a guide for you to trim them down if necessary, but she replaced her wearing orthotic insoles for these and said that she truly notices a difference and doesn't have to for more insole fittings. Reasonably priced, I'm pleased to see that although still in pain, these have helped her comfort when standing/walking 😍

Ordered a size small, 6.5 - 7.5, but they are much too small for size 7 dr martens boots. Quality seems good

My feet hurt a lot. Even with the most cushioned trainers, they still hurt and I always look for more foam underneath. These are perfect. They add extra cushion needed for my feet and help me walk without much discomfort. Mine a little flat feet (not too much), these will hopefully help me in getting them back into shape.

These are the perfect balance between having too soft and too hard inserts. It was a little big for my sneakers. am very picky when it comes to finding good insoles for my feet. The material is shaped and textured superior to the original manufacturer's.

I had a perineal tendonitis issue with my right foot. It was so bad that I went to see a podiatrist whose only suggestion was to push to me to buy a pair of $60 insoles that my insurance wouldn't cover. Well, those insoles did nothing to help my tendonitis issue and they even caused my to start having plantar fasciitis problems in my left foot! I started looking for other insoles that could help. I found these and took a chance and wow... they're 110% better those overly expensive doctor ones. I'm up and down my feet for many hours a day at my job and even just the first day of wearing these insoles my pain in both was mitigated tremendously. I've worn them faithfully since I've gotten them and my plantar fasciitis issues are gone and my tendonitis issues are nearly gone too. At the end of the day, I don't feel crippled with foot pain and that's a win in my book. TL;DR: Try these before you shell out for expensive insoles. They'll probably work better for you.

I absolutely love these insoles and I’m very picky when it comes to my feet. I use insoles in all my shoes, mainly for comfort, but for my work shoes I need something extra or my feet are killing me by the end of the day. I’ve always gone for insoles that have the most padding or cushion because that’s what I thought was best. I was wrong. I don’t have plantar fasciitis or even flat feet so I never thought to try an insole with any kind of support or rigidity but I’m so glad I did. My feet have never felt better after a long day at work. I’ve been using them for a couple weeks now and they’re great. Huge improvement from day one which is rare because there is usually a break in period for my feet to get used to them. They have a solid arch support and heel cup but are well padded in just the right spots so I don’t even feel the hard parts. They fit perfect in my size 11 shoe’s without any trimming and they are not bulky and do not over-crowd my shoes. Very high quality and durable material. I can tell they will last a while. I love these things. No more tired, sore and achy feet. 10/10. Definitely recommend. Worth the extra dollars. I’m ordering more for my other shoes as well.
