Great fun - learn a new party trick!
My wife and I were invited to an annual talent show, and wanted to bring a unique act. Someone jokingly suggested plate spinning, and I thought “why not?” These inexpensive plates made it a no-brainer. I figured if I couldn’t learn to spin them, we could use them for picnics. But, 15 minutes out of the box, my wife shouted from the other room that she got one spinning. Within an hour, we both could consistently get them spinning. Another hour and I could do it with either hand. Another hour and I am getting proficient at getting one going in both hands at once. I can also switch sticks and toss them up off the stick and catch it again. The sticks are in two pieces and didn’t stay together well, but nothing a piece of scotch tape couldn’t fix. Great fun and well worth the money. Video coming soon!

Plates ok, sticks plastic
The plates are ok but the sticks are plastics and not great - ending up returning

Disappointing
I have plenty of experience spinning plates. These didn't do it for me. The plastic sticks don't grip the plate properly. The plates' lips are too wide. Maybe I could get it spinning, but there's no way you can do tricks. Disappointing.

Poorly made
The sticks do not really work to spin the plates properly. Sadly, it was a waste of money.
