For about 3 years I’ve been battling digestive issues that create discomfort and excessive gas every time I eat. I’ve altered my diet per my doctor but still have problems. I took the Charcoal + Probiotics & Digestive Enzymes for the first time today with my lite lunch and NO GAS, no discomfort even hours later! I’ve always had a sensitive stomach and have tried to maintain a clean, low-fat, low carb diet. But aging can bring unwelcome changes to the body, sometimes altering our ability to digest our beloved dishes. The natural ingredients in this Charcobiotic supplement may make a positive difference. I used to take fennel tea when I was younger (my culture relies heavily on garden grown herbs and such), and later when I relocated to the US, I’d use fennel capsules. I’m so happy to have found a product that has not only that in it but ginger, also! It didn’t suppress my appetite, and I’m not sure that’s its purpose. No scent or odor that I can detect. The capsules are wider than the usual. So if you have difficulty swallowing larger pills I suggest opening them into a smoothie or a small shake maybe. You only take 3 with a meal and 8 ounces of water a day, which is actually easier for me. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but for it to work the FIRST TIME for me where nothing else has? THAT is fantastic!

better than I thought. I have acid reflux and these work far better than anything else I've taken. I no longer have any stomach issues. One fairly good side effect they wont label is that your poops wont stink because of the charcoal

Excellent product for gut health. There is little to no taste. I have gallstones so I use this with bile salts and the combination works great.

I have been taking this product for four months. And I’m not sure why I waited so long to do a review but I’m doing one now. For six months I had a feminine odor that I could not get rid of. I went to my doctor a number of times they prescribed the medicine for something else that should have worked, but did not. I tried numerous products of all types trying to figure out how I could get rid of the smell. Which then one day researching led me to activated charcoal. so I broke down and tried another product and happened to be this one. Within two days the odor was gone, and I could not believe it. I also have gas issues from having several bowel surgeries and have taken doses upon doses of gas, sex with only minor relief.. Not only did it work with odor. It works with gas pressure and gas itself so I’m not having anywhere near as much. I love the fact that it has probiotics in it as well because I normally take a daily probiotic and this product has many benefits all in one product. When researching activated charcoal and all of its benefits, I realize this is something I have to take daily and I have not been without it up until recently when they ran out. I then had to purchase four separate products costing 4 times as much as this one product and this time I bought two and still on the automatic ship because I will not run out again. I cannot say enough how wonderful and beneficial this product is and has been to me. I give it five stars and I would give it 10 if I could. So if you’re on the fence about purchasing a charcoal product, this is your guy!!!

I have a friend who is big into naturalistic things, and she posted about activated charcoal a few times and it got me looking into it. I read many many reviews already posted on here, and decided to give it a try. Turns out, I was right to trust the reviews! One lady on her review mentioned that these constipated her - I'm one who suffers from IBS, so constipation didn't sound terrible to me when I'm usually dealing with the runs!! Having solid/normal stools is such a nice change! Another lady commented that 2 pills at a time was plenty for her, and I tend to agree. These pills are HUGE! I'm one who gret up on lots of medications and could swallow 6 normal sized pills at once (no not a druggie, they were prescribed), but 3 of these is a struggle to swallow at one time - 2 is easier to swallow and works just fine for my needs. These pills have definitely regulated me. I've been taking 2 pills every other day and it has made such a big difference in my quality of living. I definitely recommend you try these if you have digestive problems like I do!
