A friend brought one of these over months ago for my husband to try on his face, neck and upper back. We were all shocked with how well it worked. The packaging arrived with greasy marks on the box itself and the label was greasy and torn. The item itself has a chip in the corner of the gua sha. The gua sha would probably be nice to use , too bad I recieve the item and packaging in this condition.
