A great gadget
A spur of the moment purchase for us, we have an adult Labrador and would normally vacuum daily, our downstairs is all hard floors apart from one short pile rug, we were a bit apprehensive the suction wouldn't be good enough but its been perfect, the only issue I had was pairing the robot and app, but I found the issue was the app protection on my mobile, I reduced that for the app and it connected perfectly, I've also linked it to my Alexa (and Google) so I can tell it to clean up (or stop cleaning), or I can use the app. The bag seems to last ages in the dock/charge station, we've used this every day, it does a great job of sweeping the pet hairs and the bag doesn't feel 1/2 full after 20 cleans. The mapping is quick and accurate, I found the app a little fiddly to join or split a room (in case I want to clean just one room), normally I just let it clean the whole of the ground floor, this takes 29 minutes and you barely notice it working, its quiet and does a great job, the app keeps track of replacement part life so you know when new brushes are needed etc. We didn't purchase this to be a mop as we already have a mop system, as such, I can't comment on the mop function, at the moment we've not needed to use it, but, as a vac to clean up pet hair its been amazing, far better than we expected, we've not used our Dyson to clean downstairs since we got this, it does the rug and entrance mat perfectly, we can set it off when leaving the house (or by routine/timer), or remotely when were out the house. The app shows you where the robot is, which parts its cleaned and so on, it will alert you if it gets stuck and will talk to you when it needs to let you know what it's doing, you can also name your vac, ours is "Suck Norris". I have zero issues or complaints, a brilliant product and I can't recommend it enough, yes - we stuck some googly eyes on it, I checked they don't upset the LASER guidance before sticking them down :-)

Great until it died a few weeks in
Died two weeks after use… after my kids had destroyed the box. So the vendor refused to take it back without a box. So now I’m stuck waiting for Philips to maybe fix it. When it worked I was quite impressed, but it decided that the station wasn’t level ground and every time it homes it refused to move after.

Surprisingly better than expected
Paid £89 for mine and at my expectations accordingly - extremely impressed most of my floors are hard flooring and this does a great job of both vacuuming up small items (think crumbs and dog hair) and also wiping the surface with the mop . The app is easy to use and general set up was simple.

It does work
It does work overall maybe too expensive for the expectation. It does not clean carpet actually avoiding them once is cleaning the room. But overall is bette than many i had before.

Not worth it - poor suction on carpets, software not up to scratch
This vacuum is nice looking and feels well built, but there's several negatives with this one. I got mine at a really good price (sub £100) but still ended up returning it. Suction/Cleaning - It's only 2700 Pa suction, which did almost nothing on carpets (I tried it on both short and long pile - neither were really doing much). It didn't clean as well as I'd hoped. Battery life - For a new device, the battery life goes down pretty quickly as it's cleaning. I wouldn't trust it to be a long-term device, especially for larger homes. Carpets - As above, it doesn't do vacuum carpets well - and on a really thick pile rug, it kept getting the roller brush stuck. Software - the Philips app feels good and is simple to use compared to generic apps like Smart Life, however there's two main gripes for me: - The robot has to do a specific mapping cycle to map your home - if you move any furniture around (including a footstool in a different place) - it doesn't know it's moved and needs to stop cleaning and do a remap of your entire house. OR it just bumps into things that weren't there during the map, and then struggles to "home" back to it's base - and there's no button in the app to force it to remap. - If the robot gets stuck/trapped and unable to home itself to charge, it will eventually drain it's battery dead. When you manually put it back to it's base station - the app then decides it doesn't exist and you have to remove it from the app and go through the whole setup phase again.

Has yet to vacuum a room terrible product
Awful experience so far basically won’t go over a thin rug basically useless product, you’ll spend more time trying to get this to work than is worth your time complete waste of money I can’t believe this product exists absolute disgrace. App has no functionality see the picture attached it can’t handle it
