A brilliant non stick non toxic pan

An expert on microbiology recommended this product. It works like a Teflon pan, but without the associated health risks. It is more expensive than Teflon pans, though.

This is my first ever saucier and it definitely again changer for me. I love the quality. It definitely has a heft to it. It heats evenly without any hotspots.

I am editing this review as I have just noticed a deep chip in the “coating” but it seems to go deeper than just the coating. I have babied this pan. Never shocking it, only using silicon utensils, never rough cleaning utentsils and only by hand. So I have no clue what else could be done to preserve its condition. Very disappointed since I expected much more from Alva. The reputation of this pan speaks for itself. It is excellent quality. And an even better cooking experience. Mine arrived in Canada within 3 days, completely undamaged. Do it!
