SanRe Organic Skinfood - Lavender Dream - 100% USDA Organic Lavender and Calendula Night Cream For Dry to Normal Skin

I trust this brand ever since learning about it from [...] few years ago. I use their sunscreens and also regular moisturizers and feel lucky i found them because we live in a very hot and dry climate. People say they cannot believe i have grandkids because i have practically no wrinkles. Though i wish i started using the Sanre products much earlier, since there is this one annoying wrinkle at the upper lip. You have to protect your skin from drying up. The cream feels wonderful, goes on easy, absorbs well. I use it at night with a separate cream for eyes and lips, and it does a very good job in moisturizing.

I have very sensitive skin and was looking for an organic skin care product with no harmful ingredients. Then, I came across EWG.org (Environmental Working Group) website and found SanRe products had really good rating there. So I ordered and tried a few of their sample products. Since then, I've been using their products religiously. I've been using Lavender Dream for about 2 year as a night cream and I really love it. It feels a bit greasy when you put it, but it goes away pretty quickly. And I feel my skin is well moisturized and rested in the morning. It feels a bit pricy but this little jar goes long way. It's a safe skin care product.

i really love the texture and apparent moisture in this cream and was very happy with the price. I was so hoping to love it, but in the morning my skin would be really dry again. It even got flaky in spots. I was shocked it seems so rich. I was so alarmed over how dry my skin became, I turned to the La Mer skin cream samples my friend gave me. Ive been using the La Mer samples and my skin looks healthy again. However, I don't know how I will afford to buy an actual jar of that stuff!! NOTE: I am also pregnant so maybe that is why SanRe was not effective? I am thinking to save this cream for post-pregnancy and trying it again. If anybody has any products close to LaMer but less expensive, I am all ears!!

This organic cream works well under foundation for day and night. It has a mild fragrance and is very pleasant.

This product lists all organic, natural ingredients on the label. Unfortunately, something in that list of ingredients made my face feel like it was on fire. Even AFTER I washed the cream off my face, my skin continued to be irritated for a couple of hours afterwards. I have tried many face creams/moisturizers, and I have never had my skin irritated by anything before this product.

This cream is great for dry or combination skin. It is extremely moisturizing (oily) so a little goes a long way. After a week of usage, I've noticed that my skin looks smoother and feels more taut. The downside is your face will look and feel greasy after application. However, the positives outweigh the negatives because according to EWG.org, this cream has 0 harmful chemicals so go ahead and slather up.
