Bought this as part of my supplement routine to focus on improving brain health. initially, noticed an effect within 2-3 hours of taking it after a meal but now (>3 weeks) don't notice any obvious immediate effects but will continue with it. Like that it combines many supplements into one so it saves money and time. However, stick with just the 1 a day not the 2 as stated in the small print- I did that and ended up with an excruciating headache. overall, would recommend.

I feel somehow better. But as I started taking them still looking for better results.
