Samsung Galaxy S9+ arrived on time and exceeded my expectations!
This Samsung Galaxy S9+ came in aftermarket packaging. This was not problem for me. It virtually looked brand new without any cosmetic flaws. It charged up and launched without any issues. I needed this phone to help troubleshoot my original Galaxy S9+ and it served that purpose for me.

its supper slow as far as the keyboard response goes and glitches out and wont even come on half of the time like its hacked or sumn def wrong with it ugh

Like the phone but after a week it kept saying moisture in the connection port and erroring out.
Like the phones features and it was an upgrade from an old LG. But the charging cable issue has made me get the charging pad . i have to pull the phone out of my cover because it's to thick to charge through. Obviously a low budget purchase became a pain.

Great customer service
I'm leaving 5 stars simply for the top of the line customer service. Unfortunately the phone didn't work out for me. Phone itself was in proper working condition from what I could tell.
