So the sandal overall is a great item. Beautiful sandal, very comfortable and good quality so far. The sandals come in a box. So I purchased these sandals for my husband for Christmas. He is a shoe collector so the box for him is important. He keeps all the boxes to his shoes and displays them with shoes on a wall he has for his shoe collection. Well, this item was thrown inside a poly bag with no padding or anything and sent on its way. The box of course arrived completely crushed to the point where I had to do the best I could to straighten it and put it in another box to wrap if for Christmas. I could not return because then I would not have had them in time to give to him for Christmas day. Once he opened the box he of course had to throw the box away and now does not have a box for these sandals for his wall. I know many people throw away the shoe boxes, but many people don't throw them away because they collect shoes. So please I recommend that you should send shoes inside another box to protect the product box. When I purchase sneakers online from other companies that is how they are all sent. You have a great product, but your packaging skills are not good at least in my experience with your company. Thank you.
