Works with my bowens mount light as I had hoped and is really easy to put up. Previously had a K&F one which was a pain in the backside to put together. This is not. Great falue and good sizes.

This was just what I wanted and works great with my little home studio set up. I bought two large ones and didn't realise quite how big they are - they do take up a fair bit of room. You get the grid and diffuser inserts - both very easy to put on. The boxes unfold and fold very easily. They attach easily to my Godex lights. I am new to photography and have been really enjoying experimenting with these.

Great softbox for the money, excellent quality and closes down into a compact size to store or travel with. Very happy with it. Highly recommended

I am a really big fan of Neewer products, always really well made and always significantly cheaper that the other manufacturers. This is a really great softbox, easy to set up and does a great job of diffusing your light. I am now using it with all of my portrait work and will be buying a second one to give me more lighting options. Highly recommended

Product is goos. Nothing wrong but the picture and size is not matching. 45cm is not big and still gives you concentrated light. I recommend to go up 70 or much better go to 90.

As a professional commercial photographer I obviously work with a variety of professional studio equipment in order to successfully create the images that I envision! The most important thing to me is finding Studio strobes, wireless transmitters and soft boxes that all work synergistically with my camera! Through The Years my studio equipment started to get old and show signs of wear and tear! Therefore I decided to pick one company and go all in and upgrade my equipment for the year! I was trying to find a happy medium between Studio lighting as well as off-site outdoor lighting as well! I needed to find a strobe that can accommodate both situations without breaking the bank! Fortunately I found Neewer and raised that this company truly has some innovative studio gear that's works perfectly with my Canon 5D Mark III! For my studio upgrade I ended up purchasing 2 - Neewer Q6 600 Watt Outdoor Strobe Flashes, 2 - Neewer NT-Q6 Dummy Batteries, 2 - Neewer QZ-C TTL Wireless Flash Transmitters and 2 - Neewer 36" Octagonal Softboxes with Bowens Mounts! You will see my review for the Q6, NT-Q6 and the QZ-C on another review. I've ashtray reviewed this three items already on Amazon so you can see how they integrate seamlessly together with my Canon 5D Mark III! However for this review I am going to obviously focus on the Neewer 36" Octagonal Softbox with Bowens Mount! First of all, this 36-in octagonal softbox comes very nicely packaged in a zippered carry case! The material of the carry case is thick and well padded and will definitely take care of your softbox when you travel to various photo shoots! Having this carry case is important and was a deciding factor for me when I decided to go with the Neewer product line! Once you unziper the case you will see the softbox wrapped up in plastic along with three different light diffusers including a full white soft box diffuser, a Midway softbox diffuser and a honeycomb light diffuser! Set up of this softbox was super easy! All you have to do is pull back on each of the umbrella rods and they will snap right in to place! Once the softbox is fully open you can choose the appropriate light diffuser you would like to add onto this unit! The material of the softbox itself seems to be very durable compared to a lot of other softboxes that I've used in the past! In addition the stitching of the velcro around the softbox is very important to me because I've seen the velcro on other softboxes literally tear off within a few uses! However the velcro on this particular product is very well made and stitched on so I know it will last! As I examined each of the other light diffusers which you can attach to the softbox I noticed that the velcro on those light diffusers are very well stitched and made as well! Therefore I have full confidence so far in terms of the quality and durability of this product! If you refer to my attached pictures you will see all three light diffusers attached to the softbox and I have the softbox attached to the Neewer Q6 via the Bowens Mount! For the pictures you will see that I illuminated the softbox with the modeling light on the Q6! Once I started using the softbox to take photos of various items around the studio I can say that the lighting was very good and uniform which is important to me! I didn't notice any strange lighting anomalies or anything of that nature when using this softbox with my Neewer Q6 Strobe! I then used one of my studio assistance as a model and tested the softbox on her and I have to say the softbox combined with the Neewer Q6 provided a very natural and beautiful light on the subject! I was also happy that everything synchronized perfectly and worked synergistically with my Canon 5D Mark III! As of right now I can say I am completely confident and happy with the Neewer 36" Octagonal Softbox with Bowens Mount! It works great, provides great quality light diffusion and gives me options with the 3 Light Diffusers! Therefore, based on my review I am rating this product five stars because it is excellent!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I also wanted to thank Neewer and the entire Team that were behind the development and production of the the Q6 Strobe, NT-Q6 Dummy Battery, the QZ-C TTL Wireless Transmitter and this 36" Octagonal Softbox with Bowens Mount! Everything works flawlessly and you've simplified both my indoor studio setup as well as my outdoor studio setup!
