I was skeptical that this is much different than nutritional yeast I already have, but this was definitely worth getting. It has a great pizza flavor, tasted amazing on kale chips, and has a clumping texture like parmesan. Because of the price, I wouldn't put it on everything, but use it where I know it would have an impact over just using nutritional yeast. Overall it's a great addition to my seasoning options, and it's awesome to have something to sprinkle on spaghetti after so long without a tasty vegan alternative.

I’m severely lactose intolerant and have been since I was on second grade and am now 42. Anyways I love this tasty vegan cheese. It’s addicting ! I’ve tried both the Italian blend and cheddar over and cheddar one is one I get from now on. Best ever!

This cheese alternative has FANTASTIC flavor. It is becoming our new kitchen staple. I’m part Italian, and was raised on pasta and grated cheese. But I have to say that this is BETTER than Parmigiano Reggiano and Romano!!! There’s no contest.

Not Parmesan, but very tasty! I’m learning to not miss cheese and this helps. I’m a vegan for health and ethical reasons.

My daughter is a vegetarian and can't eat any cheese made using rennet. (It is pretty gross, actually, but i really like Parmesan-Reggiano, so. . . .) Anyhow, this product is really good!
