I got this in the beginning of December to use with a temperature controller in my portable hot tub that doesn't keep up in the cold of winter. It just died on me in the first week of February. I had high hopes for this heater, sadly it did not live up to those hopes. Could not find anything for filing a claim on their 1 year warranty, so I messaged their customer service. Have yet to receive a reply.

Got this to heat up our pool in the backyard this past summer. It takes about 3 hours to get it to comfortable temperatures. If youre just heating up a bucket Im sure this would do the trick in 5minutes

This heater works great. The heater on my hot tub went out and this is a great fix. I should have gotten the one with the auto cut off and temp control.

Great for salt water hot tubs. Titanium is very necessary if you have a salt water hot tub because all other bucket heaters failed, rusted over, or tripped the GFCI circuit only after a couple weeks. So far I've had this running reliably for two months. I paired this with the Kasa KP405 which gives me full remote control to turn the heater on and off via an app. That way I can heat my hot tub an hour before use. It's a great set up.

I own an inflatable hot tub and at first went with a cheap stick heater to supplement heating after refills and getting 104 degree plus temps. The first 20 dollar unit shorted and died in 3 weeks.I am 9 months in with this titanium heater and it’s still going strong. I turn it off before getting in (just unplugged) but it’s been submerged for pretty much its entire life and still working. Make sure you have a gfci if using this in a hot tub for safety but titanium is tough against all oxidizing.
