What is the correct battery for this camera? i tried buying a spare bp-5m, which is the battery that comes with the camera, but it doesnt fit.

Can I transfer photos from the camera to my iPhone (if I purchase an adapter)?

I purchased this same Camera in December. I never worked.As soon as it was unplugged and turned on, it powered off. I wish I could help you more. But I will say that the 2 emails I have received since 2/23/20 offering to pay me 40 USD to remove my negative feedback tells me that no the cord probably wouldn't work.

I can't hear the sound of the video at all when played on the camera, and only a little on the computer (volume set on max) Is that the best I can get

Hello, the speaker on the camera is specially made to be waterproof, thus the sound when playback will be very small. It will be OK on computer.

Where do you plug in the cord to connect to computer? We cannot find location on camera?

On the very top. You have to slide open the battery and SD card cover. And there is a spot there for the cord. Not sure it goes directly into a computer though. I think it is just a charge cord. You have to find a computer or place that accepts micro SD cards.
