Xtend Nonstick Frying Pan, 24cm, Steel, Oven Safe, Electric Stovetop Compatible

I found it hard to get a fry pan with steel lid. It was nowhere to be found. This is what I finally found on this Amazon. The company is not known to me. However I find the product of acceptable quality. There were one-two minor scratches here and there on outer side and the lid fits okay but not firmly on the pan. I does not have the same finish as known brands. However for the given price it's worth it. Durability and longevity only time will tell! Do note that the handle needs to be attached by tightening the two given screws. So you need a suitable screw driver with you to DIY. Also note that the pan is bit convex in the center, so oil does not stay in the center. It starts pooling to the corners. Bad design.
