The pump to blow up the candles take a little practice, but it very helpful once you get it going. Please note all of the different lengths of extenders. I thought there was only one size, and I believe there is a short one too, which is how you get the diverse levels of balloons on the stand. Very clever package all around. I didn't get what the blue handle tool was for or I couldn't make it work for me, but I would order this again! Loved It!

The ballons in the picture give an impression that balloons are included in the items. I was dissapointed to realise there were no balloons. The picture shoube ammended to avoid this confusion
