Likes Both the drain hose and the plug come already attached. Is very quiet, but I may not be a good judge because I am hard of hearing. Does a good job of cleaning. The documentation is not very good. No video on installation of this model on YouTube.

I installed the unit and it did not work. Had to ship it back and make a box to ship it back in. Customer service was not helpful.

This dishwasher would get 5 stars if it weren't for the absolutely horrible control interface. Steps to turn it on: 1) Door must be open as hidden switches are on the top 2) Hold and press button #1 until it lights up (at least 3 seconds) 3) Keep pressing button #2 until you see the wash cycle you want, denoted by P1 through P7 (1 to 7 presses) 4) Keep pressing the drying setting until you see the combination you want. For me, it's 4 presses. 5) Press button #1 again to start, and you have 5 seconds to close the door None of the above settings are remembered, so you go through that for each washing session.

I purchased this dishwasher after a horrible experience with another seller. It arrived undamaged and was a breeze to install. Thank you for being a good seller!

Absolutely awful. Hasn’t worked since day one. What a piece Of junk.

i am happy with this dishwasher. i think it looks nice and has a surprisingly large capacity given its compact size. its relatively quiet and i like that it has a half load setting. another thing i like is the physical buttons versus the different type of flat controls found in other models, the buttons make it easy to use. one thing i don't like is that the display doesn't actually show a countdown timer for the time remaining for the load. not a big deal, just more of an annoyance as it just shows "188" for the duration of the cycle. would be nice to be able to gauge progress of the wash.
