Will this come with any hardware for installment?

i got mine with material and some round rubberized strips to secure it - no other hardware

What is the exact width of this product? Desription says 12.5'. Is that 12' 6"? I bought a different color and it was 12'9". 4" too long.

12 feet wide X 10 feet long (out from support) All sizes just short of stated dimension because of edges being lapped, as well as one overlay joint in the material....

Is the ivory color more yellow or beige? I'm trying to decide between ivory or sand.

It is truly ivory/cream in color. The color in the picture is a bit darker than the actual color.
