This is such a great, well-rounded supplement for women!!! Highly recommended! I first ordered this month's ago and decided to Give it 60-90 days before writing the review. I am now on my 3rd order. Some of the benefits were immediate, like boosted energy levels. Initially, drinking a full scoop gave me some higher blood pressure and feeling shaky. After about 6 weeks, that's mostly worn off now and I feel a pleasant energy boost that lasts long throughout the day. For example, I drank a scoop 7 hours ago and I'm still feeling pretty good. I've also been waking up and falling asleep more easily, and in a better mood when I wake up (says my husband lol). It has helped me regulate my bowel movements also. My hair stylist told me that my hair was softer and shinier than she's ever seen it before. And I feel like it's brought some more color/life to my face also, which is the main reason why I ordered it (aging). All in all, I'm excited about the benefits and will continue using it. I have been using a collagen powder from food lion and decided to try this out as it was cheaper, but! Stirring into tea, yogurt or anything has been a pain. I've tried the spoon sitrring method, the mechanical small stirring method, little by little method and the collagen does not dissolve well. It also has a taste i do not appreciate.

Alright yall, I have tried ALOT of different collagen products & I always struggle to use them daily because quite frankly they're usually super gross....I can always taste it in my coffee or they don't mix well, leaving gross clumps in my drinks. THIS IS THE EXCEPTION. it is legitimately tasteless and mixes well, even in cold water, which means I have actually been able to stick with drinking it everyday. I mix the unflavored collagen with a bit of preworkout and use a frother to mix. I can be sensitive to caffeine but this combo has been great, giving me an am boost and suppressing appetite until well after lunch. Tips for mixing collagen: 1. Mix it when the water is warm, then put ice in after mixing 2. Invest in a frother, it makes a huge difference and always gets the clumps out I just purchased my second months worth and they gave me a discount on my second purchase, making it $15 vs $31...super affordable.
