I was recommended Serovital for TTC in my 40s. I’ve been prescribed Omnitrope in the past which costs $1100 for 6 doses over 3 weeks, so not only is this more affordable, it has less side effects and seems to be a better alternative because you take it daily longer term. I read a lot of mixed reviews, but a lot of REs recommend it to their female patients, so I figured why not give it a try. In about two weeks the quality of my skin on my face improved dramatically. It’s been extremely dry for a few years now, no matter how much water I drink, what facial products I use, what supplements I take, what detox I do, etc. until now. It took me a few days to connect the dots because I wasn’t expecting any changes so quickly but this gives me a lot of hope that the serovital is doing its job. I think I have more energy too, but unsure if it’s due to this or heavy metal detoxing or acupuncture. The first 2-3 doses were a bit rough. I took them before bed and had a lot of activity going on in my abdominal area, so much so my husband was asking about the noises. I also had trouble sleeping. After the initial doses I haven’t noticed any side effects. I also find that I’m sleeping better, I used to get 1-3 times a night to pee, but now it’s none or once. Deeper sleep is great because that’s when the body heals. Timing hasn’t been easy for me because I take about 30 other supplements throughout the day and I just finished a month long heavy metal detox, so trying to space supplements and meals out 2-4 hours apart was challenging. Now I take these in the morning before I even get out of bed so 2 hours later I can take my first round of empty stomach supplements and then I can eat an hour later and take more supplements that require food. I did some research and it seems it’s ok to take them not exactly 24 hours apart, just as long as it’s close by an hour or two for consistency. I’m thinking about taking these indefinitely, although I’m curious how long my skin will stay hydrated and smooth when I stop. I’ll have to stop when pregnant and breastfeeding, so I’ll be finding out soon enough.

After only two doses, I have gained weight and my joints in my feet hurt so bad I can’t hardly walk. I spent over $70 and I’m happy to return all but two packets which is only eight pills 4 in each pack. The packets are sealed and I haven’t opened any of them. You would think they would take them back and give me a refund but it’s a dead end. They won’t refund no credit or anything. So beware I really do wish it had worked. Maybe my body had a bad reaction to it but that still calls for a refund. Also, they don’t tell you that you have to take it on an empty stomach that has to be empty for two hours before you take it and then two hours after you take it, you literally have to set an alarm and not eat to take it, only water to drink. I wish I had known that before. So there you go.good luck.
