Comfortable
From most mats I've tried this is a good investment. I've brought 2 pairs now already. Great for my parents as well as it's thick and comfortable for the knees. Great to do yoga and other forms of workout. The grip is pretty good as well.

Really Good grip and quality
I absolutely adore this mat. Good quality, it doesn't slip itself and I don't slip on it, overall good grip. Good material as well, I can sense that this mat will last long in comparison to any mat which isn't very expensive. I like the color as well, it's a beautiful blue, not a weird one. I'm thankful to the comments that made me sure this mat is a great choice to buy. It really is.
