Previously had an electric facial steamer and wouldn't buy another after using this one. It's obvious easy to use, i can sit and watch the tv whilst using it, it does the job. As with all facial steamers don't put too many crystals in as they are very strong.

This is very handy to have if you are struggling with congestion. Menthol crystals need to be used sparingly as strong. Does help to loosen mucus. Would like mask to be a bit more sturdy with a cushioned edge for face. I find it more convenient to use than sitting with a towel over my head with a bowl of hot water. Think it’s a safer option as well.

It's ok for the price. I like that's it's small enough to sit comfortably with it over your face instead of having to lean awkwardly over a bowl, and the added menthol salts are a bonus, however the design of the mask is poor. The holes in the side of the mask which I know are necessary for you to breath are far too big and positioned in the wrong place. They are too low down meaning the steam escapes through them first before even reaching your sinuses. I used this for the first time and the steam from the cup only lasted a few minutes.

Had the chesty cold for a few weeks now with wheezing and coughing so decided to give this a try With only a couple of granules in the hot water my breathing was instantly eased and it’s such a relief Same effect as putting menthol vapour rub into a sink of ht water with a towel over your head but way less messy and more effective Best money I have spent in years

If you have ever used steam inhalation with a towel over your head this is a game changer. It's a well made compacyt steamer that you partly fill with quite hot water and drop in a very small methol crystal. The face mask fits firmly on the steamer and equally fits the face. Breath in gently, increasing as you go. Guarranteed to clear the sinuses and post nasal drip. Eases tthe chest. Well recommended.
