This cleaned my distiller so much better than I expected. I have a CO-Z distiller and ran out of the cleaner that came with it. I was hesitant to buy something not from the distiller company but couldnt find where to buy cleaner from them. I went with this product because it is made in the US and the cost was reasonable. My tank looked brand new after using it! I highly recommend this.

So, you don't have to and probably shouldn't follow the directions. Use twice as much as suggested, leave it for no more than 2 hours, and rinse it thoroughly for an excellent effect. I read other reviews for the product, you definitely don't want to leave it in your device for four hours or overnight, I suspect you will get pitting of the metal (I have not personally experienced this!). Very effective and wonderfully satisfying to use! Returned our distiller to factory-new appearance! Excellent value, I think I have more than a years supply here.

Work better thanexpected

I do not use this but my husband does and he LOVES this. He uses it in our water distiller and it works great! He will actually watch it work for the first few minutes and it is very easy to use. Looking at other descaler products, the price is comparable if not a bit better.

This is my second time purchasing this product. It works great. I will continue to use it going forward.
