I've been noticing that my hair is thinning, so I did a lot of research on what can help, and one of the supplements is Keratin taken orally. So, I ordered Nutricost Keratin Hydrolized Peptide Capsules because I like that it's 3rd party tested and doesn't have any fillers or anything like that. I ordered these because of the health benefits and specifically for its ability to help me with my thinning hair. They're easy to swallow and don't cause any stomach upset. I take them (2) at the same time every day. My whole family says my hair looks fantastic! I also take a collagen supplement, hyaluronic acid supplement and a biotin supplement, and the shedding has stopped, and my hair has lots of shine and bounce and just overall looks healthy. I highly recommend this product if you have thinning hair!! Hope this helps!!

seems to be working for a better price than my old keratin product

I take this for many reasons, hair, skin and nails being most important obviously. It works as well as any other product I suppose.

ALL MY LIFE MY FINGERNAILS HARDLY GROW.. WHEN I LEARNED THEY'RE MADE OF KERATIN, I BOUGHT IMMEDIATELY. TAKING ONE CAPSULE A DAY DIDN'T DO MUCH. WELL EXCEPT MY THINNING EYELASHES STARTED TO GROW AND IN TWO WEEKS THERE WAS A MARKETD DIFFERENCE! AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS I DECIDED TO DOUBLE THE INTAKE, ADDED BIOTIN AND MY NAILS ARE GROWING. Value for money: Way better value than other brands. I generally buy this brand in items because I like the price and the ingredients are generally pretty good. Effectiveness: I bought it to help my hair regrow after thinning hair due to blood thinners damaged my hair. I took thi ( keratin) biotin and collagen in conjunction with plantar 29 shampoo,conditioner and serum… my hair is coming back FAST and way stronger and thicker than it was.

I am African American with what I think is 4a or 4b type hair. It's pretty thick! I usually get a Brazilian blow out every 3 months. Normally by the 2nd month, I'm ready for a touch up. I've been taking keratin supplements for maybe 2-3 months now and let me tell you, I do not need a touch up and it's been 3 months!! My hair is NEVER this manageable this long after a touch up. These work. Maybe too well lol.

Me parece que no elegí la mejor, la tomo para mejorar las uñas, pero no veo buenos resultados, probare con otra marca.
