Another amazing read love the way the story twists and keeps you guessing can’t wait to read another well done

It got a little confusing, similar twist to one of her other books, still didn't see it till the end, I did find it a little hard to believe that Brooke would even consider working in the prison after what she had been through, but it was still a good read. Clever build up.

This book gave me trust issues. Knowing how Frieda writes I knew there was going to be a twist and once again I got it wrong. I hate to say it though, I didn't love the story. Twist was good but I felt the storyline could have been better. Brooke started to annoy me as well. But overall an okay book.

I’m currently really loving this book! I’m struggling to put the book down this is definitely one of my top books of Freida McFadden books that I love. I’m still reading it and soon at the end.

This was an easy fantastic read I finished it in a day pretty much. I was unable to put it down because it had me on the edge of my seat the whole way through!! I rated 4 instead of 5 stars because alot of the plot twists were easily figured out and wasn’t as shocking to my core as I had hoped, but there was also plot twists I hadn’t figured out and my jaw was on the floor when it came to Shane’s mother and little Josh at the end of the epilogue!! Brilliant read definitely one of my favs by Frieda.

Couldn’t put it down!! One of many I have now read by FM and this doesn’t disappoint. Really enjoy the way she writes, she allows you to be inside the head of the character without even knowing what’s happening. If you like FM then buy it, if you’ve never read her work then buy it. If you just want a good story then buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

Well written and great story telling, but I did find this one didn't have as much of a wow factor as previous books such as Ward D and the tenant. Still, Freud's has got herself a new fan, and I am stockpiling her books. Great author thus far :)

Loved this book. It might be my favorite one by McFadden. The characters are varied, relatable and there’s always that bit of humor that makes reading even better. Must read!

The Inmate was a total mind-blower that kept me guessing the entire time. The tense storyline and unexpected twists held my attention, and the epilogue completely shocked me. Such a fast, enjoyable read.
