My wife left her Airpods Pro to wirelessly charge while we went to dinner. When we returned a short time later, we found that the charger had melted to the airpod case and now the airpods no longer work. After a lengthy amount of time on the phone with Amazon customer support, we received NO resolution at all. This seller and Amazon should be held liable for this product.11/14/2022 Update - Just received reimbursement for the damaged Airpods and for the charger as well. Not sure if this was just a fluke but I can say that the customer service provided by the Seller was a 10 out of 10 (can't say the same about Amazon customer service). I would purchase from the seller again after they made it right. Thank you again Limitless

I like I can plug this into an electrical outlet to charge and then I can charge my phone anywhere I am. I had own one of these for many years and it broke and I liked it so much that I ordered another one. This is a great buy!!!!!

This was ordered as a gift for my husband for Christmas. He is a Highschool wrestling coach and many of the tournaments only post data online which requires heavy cell phone use all day long. Some tournaments are two days. He has not had a chance to open the box yet, but he selected this, so I know it is exactly what he needs. With all the storms we are having and power outages, I may like this for home as well. Our delivery service indicated package delivered but we never received it, so had to contact amazon and go through the process of giving it time before getting another one shipped out. I want to love this. Out of the box just now it arrived at 71%, looks to be a manageable size for travel, I see a smiling husband. Overall and Battery life to be determined.

This battery-charger is a very functional device that meets the need to have an emergency source of power, is easy to charge with the built-in plug and best of all has a lighted, numeric display of the power level of the battery. This display, missing on most portable batteries, is a feature my wife fell in love with. She never has to worry about running out of power. The built in plug is a much more convenient way to charge the battery than using a USB cord. She uses her iphone constantly streaming music and has found that after about a week of daily charging of her phone her Limitless still contains more than 50% of a full charge. She has been using it now for two months W/O any issues. She gives it an unqualified 5* Recommendation.

Very late review took this power bank 3-in-1 wall charger on vacation and it didn’t work. I really wanted it to work out sadly it did not. After finding in my luggage I gave it a second try complete waste. Concept flaw and not the advertised wattage does not power my Mac book even when plugged into the wall the computer does not recognize the device as a charging source. When unplugged still unable to charge my Apple Watch… the power bank 3-in-1 wall charger (@ 100% battery life) was turned on and the watch begin charging after a few moments it just stopped charging. The idea seemed great but the product did not deliver kinda disappointed I didn’t send it back missed the return window due to vacation ☹️😫😩

Don't get me wrong. If I'm going out on a weekend trip or longer, I have more suitable power banks. But for your daily commute, especially as many of us have moved from full Work-From-Home mode to a hybrid schedule where we have to go to the office on some days, the Limitless power bank is the perfect companion. You can use it as a power plug, since most new phones don't include one anymore. But it also works unplugged as a power bank with 10000 mAh, which is enough to charge a medium size phone twice. It even has wireless charging, which I've tried and works well for iPhone and AirPods case. I do recommend this Limitless power bank, and I even got one for my best friend as a Christmas gift.

I have given this three stars simply because when the do what they should they are awesome. The problem is when the work as they should is kinda rare. I've bought four of these and none of them have worked exactly like they should: my first one wouldn't charge up anymore, the next two (one of which I still have) only charge when the device is plugged into the wall and the last one (which I also still have) only charges when it's not plugged into the wall (on top of this the case came apart one of the times I unplugged it from the wall. So on the two units I still have - one is at my worksite and can just stay plugged in always and then the home-based unit which is taped together but works fine - if it's not plugged into the wall. So .. three stars for the idea.

I have used multiple charging devices and this is the best one I have found. It is fast, easily connected to multiple devices, and will charge multiple items with one charge. I recently purchased one for my sister because she liked mine so well.
