The heat is easy to adjust and gets warm fast. The color matches my sofa so I leave it there most of the time and when I need it It is handy. I like the shoulder heat and neck snap. Well made and long enough .

This is very high quality and comfortable. It has multiple settings, heats quickly, just the right size, hangs over the shoulders and lower back just so that both warm up nicely while wearing this. It functions great. I wish it came exactly like this with a slightly weighted option and with a quick connect so I would not have to take it off to go do a quick something. I can see how it would easily help with pain if heat would help relieve the pain. The quality is so good, I really expect this to last several winters

I am battling tension in my neck and back and needed something that would supply heat to those areas. The length of this item was important as others did not go the length I needed. So far so good. The heat comes on quickly and varies depending on need. It’s a little weighty so stays fairly well on my neck while still reaching toward my lower back.

worked great but did not even last a year, that is my complaint. have been using every night since I purchased Jan 2025, just stopped working. In pain tonight and debating if I reorder. This is the second one I ordered. The first one also conked out before one year. Im not sure what the alternative is - all of these full back heating pads seem to have a short life

Was a gift. Feedback was great. She suffers from a soft tissue injury for 30 years. Other heating blankets either were too hot or not warm enough. Some didn’t cover enough area. This one seems to work the best.
