Been taking these for about 2 months now and since then my sleep has improved dramatically. I haven’t noticed any improvement in memory or concentration though.

This product met our expectations. The only remarkable observation to make is that the physical size of each pill is quite a lot larger than the previous supply of these tablets. However , these are no larger than most standard tablets.

These are great quality, they do exactly what my previous tablets did but these are 10times bigger, so not so easy to swallow.

Really like this brand I got vitamin D, Lions Mane, and Ashwaganda supplements from the same company, there's a few bulking agents, but nothing nasty. They are of a good quality. 365 vegan tablets, so a years supply. Not really noticed too much, but I've read they work well for inflammation and memory issues. The only thing I can say hand on my heart is they do make me feel a bit less groggy during the day.
