I use this almost daily. I suffer from a cough with sometimes choking mucus. It helps me. Takes about 40-45 minutes to work.

Best sleep
Love this for when ever I have a cold or sinus infection or even just having a hard time sleeping. Always knocks me out for close to 8 hours and actually feel rested after taking. I don’t mind the taste at all.
