I got two. One is great. The other has a small rough spot the chaffs the back side of my thumb. It still helps the joint but irritates the skin a little. Worth it, but more attention to detail would make it great.

I wore the push CMC thumb braces for an entire year, then the Velcro wore out. These braces are almost identical, except the price is 1/3, the color is more neutral, and the Velcro straps are replaceable, which is a huge plus! These are comfortable, supportive, and economical.

This brace does protect the CMC, but it's so rigid it cut into my thumb and was uncomfortable. There's a fabric piece that you can wear under it, but I found it to be tight and difficult to put on. The whole contraption also limited the use of my thumb. My rheumatologist suggested cutting the rigid part back, but I'm not sure I want to do that. I'm considering returning it. That said, it seems durable and did help relieve the pain in my CMC by protecting it. It might work better for someone who doesn't use their hands (and wash them!) quite as much as I do. The price point seemed high to me, but it's on par with other braces of the same type.

Quick shipment. I have arthritis in my hand and this was recommended to me by my orthopedic surgeon. I measured my hand and the sling fit my hand nicely. It does not rub or interfere with me doing my job. Most of the time, I don't even notice it's there. The grey color does not stand out and it's not noticeable on my hand for the most part. It is easy to put on and remove. I'm glad I bought this.

Does the job, though I can’t really say it’s comfortable. I think anything that needs to restrict the motion of the thumb is hard to get used to.I like the fact that this brace is lightweight and doesn’t change the temperature of my hand. It’s also easy to clean, with a replacement band if I want to let the first one dry out. The goal here is to keep the thumb joint in place while the tissue heals. This design definitely works for that.

Couldn’t get it to fit more comfortably, it was stiff. Easy to use though, Velcro nice, style is good but it just didn’t fit me, a woman comfortably. I could see though if it fit you comfortably it most likely would last a long time, it’s very durable. I think except for my being uncomfortable with it I believe it has great stability & support.

The brace fits pretty good, but it needs some padding between the thumb and index finger so the edges don't cut into your hand. It comes with a rubber protective sleeve with no instructions on how to put it on and when I finally figured out how to put it on it did not fit very well. It bunches up between the thumb and the index finger and the hole that the thumb fit in is very small and is to tight around around my thumb. None of the pictures show this sleeve being used.
