Now I know why Tefal give you a 5 year guarantee on these quality travel mugs. I brought a couple of these travel mugs a few years ago and they are still going strong. Okay they are no longer used on a daily basis due to working from home, but they are used a couple of times each week. What I like about these mugs:- (1) They keep my coffee hot for hours, in the first hour I have to take care I don’t burn myself (2) Easy to use, press the button on the top to open or close. You can drink from any direction (360 degree aperture), like drinking from glass no exact place to drink from. (3) They have a nice slim look, easy to grip and the base is nonslip. (4) They don’t leak (5) Easy to clean, the lid separates into 2 to ensure thorough cleaning. I am impressed with these travel mugs, good value for money, I have definitely had my moneys worth. Highly recommended.

Really please with this, no leaks and keeps drinks warm for several hours. It does have a bit of weight but has a solid feel, is quite stylish and quite easy to clean. I like the 360° drinking as it makes it very convenient to drink on the go. Would definitely recommend.

Nice looking and easy to hold. Kept the hot drink hot for a good amount of time. Most importantly it doesn’t leak!

I use this mug to take coffee to work. It doesn’t appear to leak and keeps the coffee hot for several hours, but it is very tall and doesn’t fit in the cup holder in my car - something to be aware of if you want to take it around with you.

Got this as a replacement for my old Tefal cup which broke. It's really good quality and insulates really well. Completely machine washable, and the locking mechanism seals perfectly.

I have two of these, one I travel with and one by my bed for keeping water in. I have also bought one for a friend and know a few other people who have them too. As far as I can make out they are pretty near perfect for my needs. We all like them a lot. At first you think the lid is hard to screw in and are worried about damaging the thread but just be bold, and it soon aligns itself and you get used it quickly other than than everything is easy and reliable. They look greta too, even took mind to India to avoid plastic bottles on flights and to take some herb tea around with me hen travelling where filtered water was hard to come by. All round brilliant ( and no I don't work for Tefal!!! :-)

This is the most unsafe travel mug I have used. Very difficult to close and screw down and gives way causing all the coffee to spill. Disappointed! “Which “ website need to take it off their best buy list!

Excellent cup. Does not leak and keeps drinks hot for a very long time. Easy to clean, as thr lid can be taken a part. In general, perfect for travel. It could be little bit more cheaper, but even at this price is definitely worth it!

Original product and a good item for travelling

Déjà il faut dire que ce mug est de belle qualité. Revêtement anti-dérapent en partie autour et en dessous. Le reste est en métal brossé, et le dessus en plastique qui fait qualité. Il s'ouvre facilement et on remarque immédiatement la soudure intérieure qui est très fine contrairement à certaines marques. Le système à 360° est génial, on appuie et ça permet de boire sans vérifier où est l'écoulement. Il est stable et a une bonne prise en main. J'ai testé avec 300ml de café chaud, en ayant rempli avant d'eau chaude pour préparer le mug, comme conseillé sur la notice, et il garde vraiment bien la chaleur, pour un voyage en voiture d'1 heure il est resté vraiment chaud. Évidement ceux qui veulent que ça reste au chaud des heures d'affilée arrêtez de rêver, c'est pas un mug électrique. Perso il rempli totalement mes exigences.
