This stuff is so good! I only need to take it on demand as if it is a treatment. I have been beating my eyes up with lots of work related screen time. Sometimes I have trouble regaining my long distance vision for a while after work. This was about once a week. On those days, I usually noticed this problem on my lunch break. When that happened, I'd just take one capsule, eat and get back to work. By the time I'm done my vision returns to normal. Now I just take one every 2 to 3 days and I haven't had any issues since. Now why would I do that? I'll still give a 5 star rating for this stuff but I do have one gripe. This stuff is so potent that it causes issues with being able to fall asleep and stay sleeping through the night. This is especially true if taken later in the day. I did try taking it daily and in the morning for a week and I still had sleep issues. This could just mean that I have sensitivity to it so I spread out to taking it every 2 to 3 days. I'm not having any sleeping issues anymore and my eyes are great. Hope this long review helps someone. Thanks for reading.

I am 58 and have worn glasses all my life. My vision is relatively stable, and only changes slightly every 5 or 6 years. I see floaters, and some blurriness from the early signs of cataracts. I still love to read and play games on my tablet. However, dry eye is a problem. I started taking supplements to help my aging vision about 4 years ago. In my experience, none of these supplements actually help improve your vision, however, they do help with dry eye syndrome, a common affliction of the digital age. Unfortunately my go-to vision support is no longer available anywhere. Its been difficult to find vegan eye supplements that have Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin, & Bilberry together without a whole lot of extras, fillers or gelatin capsules that don't cost a fortune. I came across these supplements and was pleasantly surprised. My eyes don't get tired or dry while reading. I've been taking them for over a year now and they still work pretty good for me. I don't like the fact that they contain magnesium stearate, but they are vegan, made in the USA, and they contain three other nutrients I would have had to buy separately.

Contains all the right ingredients in the right amounts. Thankfully, they're soft gels because they are HUGE. If they were tablets, I couldn't do it.

Didn't take it for pain. It's been awhile- I think I tried it to improve my blurry eye sight. I didn't notice any visual improvements.
