UPDATE: Its now been 1year since the application of this vinyl. The doors are in the path of early morning light (and we have some serious UV light in the last 12 months). NO DISCOLOURATION - they still look new, still shiny, still damm good. One of the best DIY products I have used (I am 61years old and I have used a LOT of sticky backed plastic in my time) - Just great. See the two images attached to this review. I went from cream to a gloss white. The first is an image with 2 of the 4 doors covered and the second image shows all 4 doors covered. I was quoted £400 to replace the 4 doors (without fitting) - So I spent £25 - Including postage - on vgoltd Self Adhesive Sticky Back high Gloss White Sign Vinyl fablon craft covering (10m x 610mm roll). Result was superb. Application was made on a very hot day - so I suspect the Vinyl was quite pliable as a result. However, application was simple and I used a J-Cloth folded over several times to make a wedge in order to smooth out the Vinyl as I pulled away the backing paper. DO NOT RUSH or you will get air pockets. You can gently but firmly pull the vinyl back in order to reapply and smooth out bubbles - but if you go slow this just will not happen. The first door had a few bubbles which was the result of going too fast - so I had to gently peel the vinyl back and go again where the bubble was. This sorted it out. The other 3 doors went on so easily after I slowed down, not an air bubble to be seen. End result is what you see in the image and took a total of about 4 hours in total from start to finish - this included taking down and putting back the doors. I cannot guess what the longevity of the product will be like - but right now, after just 4 days, I am extremely pleased with the result. Would I consider using this product again for a similar project - absolutely. I Update to review several months after application. This material is still looking good, still stuck fast no sign of peeling and in my opinion a super purchase.

Bought this to cover my kitchen doors and, honestly, it’s done exactly what I hoped, made my cupboards look fancy without me having to remortgage the house. My husband did the job (of course he did). The first door looked like Bubble City, population -disaster. But that was entirely down to 'user error.' By the second, things were looking promising. By the fourth, he was slapping it on like a seasoned tradesman who’s seen some things. It’s been a few months now, no rips, no peeling, and it’s holding strong even with one door directly above the kettle and another over the air fryer (which runs non-stop because we have a teenager and apparently they eat hourly). All in all, great stuff. Does the job, looks good, tough as nails. Although, full disclosure, I’m glad I didn’t paint them this colour because I don’t actually like it anymore. But that’s not the product’s fault, that’s just my personality changing every fortnight 🙈 Verdict - four stars. The vinyl’s solid, my husband’s proud, and my cupboards are living their best bubble-free lives.

Really good buy, used for a bathroom cupboard door, bit fiddly to do but good quality item.

This we’ll worth the money I had lot of vinyl in past this is far the best and so easy to work with I’ve my fridge and dishwasher look brand new new

This stuff is so difficult to apply I don’t know if I would buy it again. I tried to apply it to an area 600mm x 750mm trying it bit by bit but it’s so sticky, it started to crinkle and crease after the first 50mm even after trying to smooth it out. It even started to rip small holes in the material. Ended up after trying to apply 150mm of the full length of 750mm and so many creases and air bubbles (taking approx 30 minutes to get that far) ripping it off and throwing it in the bin.

Brilliant, really madey kitchen unit come back to life

Rubbish! Waayyyy to thin! Needs to be much much thicker to apply without micro-air bubbles, splits and creases. As I rolled it of the tube there was already tons of dimples and creases in it! It’s a chuck in the bin job!

Really surprised at how easy this was to apply, do your prep work and make sure the area is spotless clean. And definitely take your time, measure twice, cut once (i didn't and regretted it) The colour is amazing and looks great on my dull white fridge.

très déçu Ce produit fait des plis et des bulles d'air même avec le plus grand soin. je voulais le poser sur deux portes de mon meuble de salle de bain pour en changer la couleur.C'est un désastre! je ne le recommande pas.
