This is my favorite kind of tea and this supplier is providing it at a somewhat reasonable price. This tea used to be very affordable, but is now quite expensive. It makes a nice deep earthy cup of red tea. Always delicious. This supplier of it is good I have ordered three times now. Consistent product, delivered promptly. Wish it weren't as pricey, but this is the best price I have found. Enjoy from this seller.

This tea successfully replaced my 1-2 pot a day coffee habit. The bergamot is perfectly balanced - not too floral, not too subtle. Smooth and flavorful enough that I don't miss coffee at all. A bit of agave is nice, but isn't needed. Very earthy, bright and delicious on it's own! Numi's quality is consistent and the organic aspect is a nice bonus. This has become my daily go-to and I buy it in bulk now. If you're trying to switch from coffee to tea, this is the one that'll actually stick.

Real pieces of tea leaf. No tea dust,and apparently no floor sweepings or pesticides. The taste is bright and fresh. I would prefer a stronger,malty taste,but that's just a long term preference. Nothing,NOTHING is wrong with this cup. You can depend on NUMI.

This tea has a low oxidation and low/medium roast. The thing about roasting is that the tea continues to change for about a year. This tea is not bad before then, but after a year it has really opened up into something very nice, with high florals and a nectar sweet taste, an oily-smooth texture, and fairly well-rounded body. The roast is well done and compliments the natural tea and gives a little definition to the florals (making it smell like flowers up close, instead of the vague smell of flowers from far away) Before the roast settles, in that year leading up to it, it won't be as balanced but you'll still notice that it's sweet and floral. It's still better than other commercial teas in the US. The fact that it improves over a year is a good reason to buy a big bag. If you want to maximize the experience, try leaving the leaf that you intend to use out in the open for a few days (not all of it; just what you plan to use) and use good, boiling hot water (it can take it).

Tea is very good but expensive. Davidson's is half the price for the same amount and is very good. Numi has stronger bold flavor and is aged. Davidson's is softer tasting and more elegant and complex flavor.

Excellent quality loose tea. I store in separate glass small jar for daily use. Price keeps increasing check other vendors.

Amazon won’t let me leave separate reviews. The Oolong tea is AMAZING! But the rooibos chai was terrible. No discernible pieces of anything other than the peppercorn and clove. Tastes like sawdust. Worst chai I’ve ever had. But get the Oolong and Aged Earl Grey!

I love my Earl Grey, but I don't like a tea that's too "perfumy", i.e. with flowers. This one is just tea and bergamot. It tastes good, and has a fresh aroma when opening the package. I had tried this tea in sachets, but I prefer loose leaves. Other brands add too much bergamot for my taste (Stash) and other brands don't add enough. This one has a nice balance. Excellent with cream!

We switched from tea bags of the same brand to this and I can say that the quality and freshness of the product is phenomenal. as soon as you open the bag you get hit with the scent of bergamot which is very refreshing. once the tea is infused you can taste the flavour and freshness of the tea. Definitely a home staple now as we are reordering all the time
