the locking mechanism in the case was stuck in lock mode after the first time using it. We had to break it to get to our game chips. Ended up having to buy another case. Love the rest of the set. The mat, the chips, the card shuffler — all well made. Wish cards came with it. We have a lot of fun playing as a family.

Description says it includes playing cards. No cards were included. Also, playing mat is very cheap and will rip VERY easily. Carrying case is heavy and nice. Chips are good quality.

Missing cards, missing shuffler, broken card holder (shoe), and broken case the velvet torn off!! How upsetting was having a casino party and had to cancel. Cheap quality!!

Some reviews I read said that their card shuffler was broken and other this were missing. Also, for the cards. If they had read the description correctly they would of saw that it said the cards did not come with the set. I love it.

Ordered three set for an after prom party and all three sets were missing the two decks of cards. Other than that was a nice kit to get all you need for a casino night.

Felt is not double sided as the description states. Cards NOT INCLUDED, but chips set came with dice and poker/craps tokens. Good quality chips.

We use it often will need to straighten the mat but other than that everything works well
