I have a lot of foot issues, my feet are exploding. I have a bunion on my left foot that isn't too bad but this shoe presses on it. It's not just the pressure, the shoe fits on my foot crooked because of the bunion. That means the left side of my foot is more pushed into the left side and left front of the shoe. I got the same size I get in regular strappy Crocs but my size in this shoe is not big enough. Regular Crocs are a little big on me but these have a snug tailored fit. My instep is high and these shoes are so flat and tight that when I put the shoes on, my socks get dragged back and squish my toes. I try to put like an inch of slack around my toes so my sock will slide up and fit correctly but it doesn't really work. I'm afraid I need to buy another pair of these in the next largest size but I know it will be too big. They need to offer half sizes if they're going to make tailored shoes. I am wearing these while doing a LOT of walking and driving, running up stairs etc. They're very nonslip which is awesome, they've changed everything. I used to slide all over. But if you're doing anything active like this, especially stair climbing, there likely won't be enough support in the sole. It's very, very flexible. My feet get tired now. These are for more standing and moderate walking on an even floor I think. (ETA: after a couple weeks or so I think, my feet got stronger, lol. The shoes are still super bendy of course but my feet don't get tired from things like going up stairs anymore. But there is still less stability than you get from "real" shoes of course.) There are only two little ventilation holes on the inner side of each shoe which for me is a good thing. The shoes are essentially waterproof if you don't step in any big puddles. Even if you do step in water over the holes, not very much gets in. It's cold outside so I haven't worn these in hot humid weather but they do seem to get way less swampy than my 6" XtraTuf boots. They're not bad at all even though my feet are always sweaty in any shoes. I was surprised. Sometimes they make farty noises though 😬 Really wish they had these in half sizes or had a relaxed fit version Eta: I still need a half size bigger but I found a way to keep my socks from getting dragged up my feet. I put a heavy duty quart Zip-Loc bag over the whole top of my foot (with the zipper toward my ankle), slide my foot into the shoe with the back of the shoe pressed down while trying not to touch the bottom of the shoe, pop the back up over my heel then pull the bag out. The bag is like a shoehorn for the top of my foot lol. I think something like a piece of plastic cut from a 3 prong folder might be better/easier but I haven't tried it yet. Now I can even wear relatively thick winter socks, I just have to bring a quart bag if I go anywhere and plan to take my shoes off. And sometimes certain socks stick to the bottom of the shoe so they get dragged back a little anyway. Still 1000 times better!

As a Lunch Lady (*ahem*, ~Nutrition Services Worker~), I spend the entire time on my feet in what can be a slippery environment. I wear Crocs because they're comfy, fairly supportive, and not too expensive. I wear the tie dye Crocs because, the more colorful the shoes, the happier I am. They've held up admirably (so washable!), although the print has begun to rub away on the toes. Any and all spills just wash right off (haven't spilled hot grease or oil on them), and they don't smell :) I had to get the ones with the closed toe (obviously) but also a full back (not a strap), which was a first for me, and even after all the time of wearing them, I still have to assist my foot into the back (but at least they stay on!) The only issue I had was with the sizing. I am one of the fortunate people with "Morton's toe," where my second toe is longer than my first, so I had to really size up in these (2 sizes!) because they have that full back, not just a strap. On ones with the strap I usually can get away with one size up. That's just my experience though! The toe box is nice and roomy, and even with my high arches I don't feel unsupported. Will definitely buy again when I need more kitchen shoes.

My work recently had a falling out with safety and in protest a lot of us started wearing work Crocs. They technically fall into out safe approved footwear category so I got a pair. They are very comfortable. I have always loved Crocs so I was just as pleased with these. I love the removable liner and the fit was great. I went with the tie dyed so they would be noticed (and get under the skin of our safety team) Mission accomplished. My only real issue is the top of the opening is a little snug (to facilitate secure footing) and rubs a bit especially with thicker socks. If you remove the liner they no longer rub, but you loose the extra support. These are a stiffer material than traditional Crocs so I am sure they will break in , but for now I wear think socks. I also love the gripper bottom, even after wearing in the rain and stepping into a polished concrete floor I had no slipping.

So yeah, these aren't your regular relaxed-fit Crocs. Likely because they're intended for working environments (hence the name "on the clock"). They're a much more snug fit from the top of the shoe to the bottom. Width, length, and toe box are on par with any other Croc I've worn. Personally, I use them to work in hospitality so it's long hour on my feet on a lot of slippery kitchen/bar floors. These things are very comfortable and they don't slip. They're like all-wheel drive for your feet. The snug fit provides a lot more agility than traditional Crocs so you can move fast and corner without sloshing around. All in all they're perfect for their intended use. I would definitely buy them again. The only drawbacks - your feet will run a little hot. They don't offer much breathability since there aren't any vents. At the same time, I wouldn't want vents since kitchen spills do happen. It's a fair trade. I would also advise agains wearing without socks. They're snug and made of a rubber-like material so rubbing up against bare skin makes for chafing pretty quickly. But I can't imagine working without socks either. So if you're looking for a work shoe - I would definitely recommend. If you're looking for a relaxed-fit, casual "OFF the clock" shoe, stick to the regular Crocs.
