It's a good looking , well made fountain pen . The ink flow is very smooth , and the writing speed is very good . No [ or hardly any ] ink leaks from the tip when stored , but otherwise a nice pen . It's also pretty good value , as it comes with 12 cartridges and another reusable cartridge converter thing .

Bought this for my son for Xmas. He loves this pen. It came with a lot of refills and a box. Why rks perfectly without issue and looks and feels how I expected.

I’ve been using this fountain pen for a few months and really like it. The wooden handle looks great and it writes smoothly. It’s comfortable to use too. The only downside is that the material on the grip has started to peel off, which doesn’t look very nice. Otherwise, a lovely pen.

I didnt expect anything special for the price, but was pleasently surprised. the pen feel lovely to hold and has a good weight to it. Ink flows nicely and have had no issues with leaking around the nib even while the pen has been in my bag. Great value for money.

Looks nice, mostly good reviews BUT In reality scratchy, intermittent ink flow and leaky. I’ve returned it today & gone back to a Parker Vector!

Please excuse the ink on my fingers in the pictures, explanation coming soon. The feel of the wood body is rough to the touch to say the least however it does help with grip. The overall look is simple yet refined. The only thing wrong is the top. It adds to the weight and makes storing the pen with tip elevated to stop possible leaks without a container a bit of a pain. The ink converter I find, works better if you remove it from the pen and draw the ink from an ink bottle or, in my case a glass of ink taken from some international standard size ink cartridges (this pen takes a smaller insert diameter and need specialist ones that is why you see my inky digits) you won't need as much ink to draw up as you would to submerge the tip of the pen. The converter has a twist top so you twist it one way to push the plunger down and the opposite to push the plunger up. It is best to do both ways with the end submerged in the ink to prevent air bubbles, according to the manufacturer. As with most fountain pens, if you're not used to writing with a static tip and used biros, you'll feel the difference straight away as it will feel it catches or scrapes on the paper. It's been a while since I've used a fountain pen so I'll need to train myself to be less heavy handed and try to remember from my childhood days of learning looped cursive writing back in the early 80's. All in all, a nice looking pen, it works well, has an ink converter (and some ink cartridges so now I can order some or just a bottle of ink.) and does the job. All I have to do is see how long the quality lasts but until then, I shall get back to do some good old fashioned writing and try to improve it so it doesn't look like I've hammered spiders onto a page.

La penna è arrivata in una piccola scatolina che fa da custodia, in cui erano contenute anche le cartucce con l'inchiostro. La scatolina con si chiude molto bene e afferrandola per il coperchio si rischia di far cadere tutto. Per il resto è semplicemente perfetta. Ho caricato la penna con una cartuccia (rimuovendo prima il converter) e scrive bene. È leggera da tenere in mano, esteticamente si presenta molto bene e il materiale usato è molto piacevole al tatto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente buono. Ein wunderbares Schreibgeräte. Kann immernoch nicht glauben, dass ich nur so wenig Geld dafür bezahlt habe. Um einiges besser als viel teurere Füller. Kleckst nicht, liegt super in der Hand, ist toll verarbeitet. Ich schreibe sehr viel und oft mit dem Füller und kann ihn bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Takes some getting used to as far as writing with it. It feels and writes very different than a ball point pen. If you don't hold it the right way it scratches across the paper, which I don't mind. But the scratching can interrupt the flow of ink until you get used to how you want to hold it. Fountain pens are different from ball point pens in that you can't just pick them up and start writing with one and expect it to be the same every time. You have to develop a relationship with fountain pens and the paper you write on with them. Easy to use. Easy to refill with ink. The nib and cap are good quality brass and good looking. The wood is smooth and comfortable while writing. 10/10 would recommend. Nice affordable gift for anyone who loves pens and loves writing. If you have a way to engrave or burn the wood to make it personalized, you could probably even do that with this pen.
