Works well for my purposes. Good entry level tool. These pictures are clear enough, and the lighting works good enough to get the job done. Easy use, app down load etc was straightforward. The cable is long enough & rigid enough to get to what you need to see. It has its limits, but for the price I’d say great entry level tool.

This is a fantastic tool for looking into places that can't be seen by the human eye...because human eyes are attached to giant human heads. It was simple to get started. Scan the QR code in the instruction booklet from your phone and install the app on Android or iOS. Plug the device into your phone and the app automatically starts, showing you what the camera sees. You can take pictures and video through the app. You can also rotate the view in 90 degree increments so that the screen aligns with the camera direction, which changes as the camera is snaked around. The camera has an adjustable LED light, enabling it to work well in dark places. The fidelity of the images it captures is very good to tell what you're looking at. The length of wire is more than enough for any normal job. It's rigid, yet bendable, and keeps its shape to control exactly where to direct the camera. The product comes with accessories that can be attached to the camera, such as a magnet, a 45 degree mirror, and a hook (pictured). In a simple demonstration, I snaked the camera through my couch cushions, discovered a piece of popcorn, and took a snapshot (attached image) where you can see the quality of a photo taken in absolute darkness. I highly recommend this product, which is well worth the price.

Bought this borescope to investigate some piping leaks and it works well enough for what I needed. The lighted head illuminates the field well although the images tend to blur out easily as you get closer to obstructions. Most likely the issue is with the light bouncing off the pipe walls creating too much glare for the camera to deal with. But overall quite happy with the borescope and at this price wasn't expecting a professional grade unit. The control app was easily found and installed from the Google Play Store and worked quite well to view in real time and for taking pictures to review later. The borescope itself is powered off my phone so there's no need for any battery or recharging which is quite convenient when you're in the middle of a project. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone with simple homeowner type needs for a borescope!

Great little tool, it has worked flawlessly every time I've used it. There is plenty of cable available, so it has a lot of flexibility for use for the home, car, or any repair job where you just need a better view inside of a component.
