Does not come with rotary cutter and 2 blades as stated
This is only cutting mats. It says that it comes with a rotary cutter and 2 replacement blades but it does not. I will be returning this because you can get mats alone for cheaper. I was really needing the rotary cutter and didn’t receive it so I’m annoyed and disappointed. False advertising.
