not just because I was born in Styria and know them from there. They are tastier, they are healthier - they are just outstanding. I am very happy to have a source in the United States. Now imagine not only to taste the seeds. The Styrian's also make a wonderful Pumpkin Seed oil - great on salads. I use a little on top of sauerkraut, you do not believe how tasty this is. These are the tastiest, plumpest pumpkin seeds ever! I have purchased these seeds twice. I love the rich green color. I soak them, and then dehydrate them on low to deactivate the enzyme inhibitors. Everyone in the family loves them. Although they are pricey, I'd definitely buy them again.

Styrian pumpkin seeds are pricey, but they’re the best. Company supplied high quality edible seeds.

I really liked these pumpkin seeds. They had a slightly milder taste than the wilderness poets Oregon grown pumpkin seeds. Though they are quite expensive.
